Hi everyone, I hope that I have successfully created a Trumbull Congregational Church team for the CROP Walk, which is Sunday afternoon, May 7 at Seaside Park. If I’ve done this correctly you should be able to click on a link that allows you to join the team, set up your profile, and send out emails giving people the opportunity to support you in the walk. If you’ve walked in previous years you may already have a profile, which you may log into in order to join this year’s TCC team. The CROP Walk is a great event, uniting people of faith from our neighboring churches and communities in an effort to fight hunger locally and around the world. People of all ages are welcome to walk. Our coordinator this year is Robin Forgette who will be happy to answer questions, give you a CROP packet, and help sign you up. Her address is robin971@aol.com and you’ll see her at church making announcements and hosting a CROP table. In the last two years TCC has raised more money than any of the other participating congregations. (Of course, it isn’t a competition, but isn’t it nice to be awesome!) Let’s keep the momentum going!
